Welcome to the Happy Wanderers’ webpage, we were previously known as Villagers 2.

Officially we meet on the third Friday of the month but this could change to suit specific circumstances such as when an activity is not available on that particular date.

In the past our approach was to select a village to research and do our own research. One month we would report on our findings at a discussion usually at the Beach House. The next month we would visit that village and explore those findings. Sometimes we would do this all ourselves or on some occasions we would hire a guide from that area.

Our u3a activities are risk assessed. If you take part in any group activity you must read the risk assessment.

Members taking part in physical activities are reminded that they do so at their own risk.
