This is a new Group which started in March 2026. We are open to more members and play music from different genres. The list of topics below will give an idea of the music that we'll be playing.

2 Apr 2026Music (any genre) that other members may not know but find interesting
7 May 2026Classical Music / Pop music cross-over. Pop songs based on classical pieces or cross-over artists.
Newly discovered songs via streaming services (e.g. via Spotify, Apple Music), or on foreign travels, etc.
Pop music with beautiful lyrics where members may never have listened to the words of the song
Music from musicals or movies - can be a quiz to name the musical, but also to discuss the musical or movie itself
Classical music that others may not know or that you like
Classical / Jazz cross-over - Artists, composers, etc.
The Great American Songbook.  Composers and different artist singing it, including Rod Stewart, Robbie Williams, Sting, etc, apart from the usual easy-listening/swing music artists
