Canasta 2 group July 2024

Canasta is a card game normally played with 4 players in two partnerships.  It is a very sociable game – particularly with a glass of wine in the hand!   The Canasta 2 group will help members who are new to the game.  One can learn the game in a one evening, though you will improve with experience. 

The Canasta 2 group meets in the evening on the 3rd Monday of the month in the homes of members.   As we currently have 19 members, we use up to 4 different homes to accommodate players on any evening. The host provides wine or soft drinks and players making a small contribution to cover the cost.  Hosting is optional.  We are open to members who want to join.
